Throughout his career, he has worked on projects focused on reducing energy consumption, improving building performance, and advancing environmental sustainability. At Brooks Energy, he leads strategic planning, supplier relationships, business development, and government contracting initiatives.
His experience provides Brooks Energy with a strong foundation in understanding the operational and sustainability challenges faced by public-sector facilities.
Babar Rasheed
Director of Procurement
Babar Rasheed has extensive experience researching government procurement opportunities, identifying contract requirements, and managing proposal development.
